the room pirce and tax to promote tourism : 11 dh per night per
person or total of € 2.5. and These charges are completely
transferred to the town of Marrakech and the Moroccan National Tourist

1 1 : After receiving your inquiry, Riad Beldi replies with Email
notifying you of different options for stays, and we will explain
the way to finalize the booking. |

2 : As soon as Riad Beldi and future hosts agree on dates of stay,
total stay, as well as benefits related to the stay, we proceed
to the final stage of booking. |

3 :The final procedure of the reservation consists of a deposit
of 30% of the total amount of reservation on behalf of our company
bank. |

4 : Confirmation of stay comes after having received the deposit
( or proof of deposit ). |

5 : The rest of the payment is made locally in euros in cash or
in Moroccan dirhams or by credit card. |

!!! We accept credit cards and a charge of 3% is mandatory for payement
by credit card. |

!!! Payments by checks are not accepted. |

All cancellations must be made by mail ... |

For all cancellations made 31 days prior to arrival, we will refund
your total reservation. |

For all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, we
will refund 50% of your total reservation. |

For all cancellations made under 14 days of arrival date, no refund
is possible. |

The rembourcement is done within next 45 days. |
